Held in Grand Rapids, about a two-hour drive from Detroit, ArtPrize is a free and massive art exhibit featuring artists from around the world and right at home. For eighteen days, art is exhibited in galleries, storefronts, parks, museums, and venues of all kinds across the city. More than $400,000 is awarded directly to artists of all kinds through both popular and juried voting.
